when is milking time?
cute kitty
I don't like cats... well it's more like I'm afraid of them (like heart beating fast panic kinda fear). But for some reason, I saw this gif back in 2011 and saved it. Of course, never had I imagined that I would be using it for this occastion 5 years later.

Life is unpredictable.

It's exactly one week since KAT-TUN started their recharge~ already, it's been one week of waiting. Like this cat going to and fro watching the time and its empty glass and is perhaps wondering when its milk will be served, I suppose us HYPHENS too will be watching the clock and watching the calendar and wondering just how much longer we'll have to wait~

And as for me; I'll keep this post right here at the top of my journal until they come back. I'm still iffy. I'm still bothered. I'm still skeptical. But I'm hopeful.

I'm waiting. I'm willing to wait. I'll wait.
Current Mood: so so
Current Music: happy ending by the strokes

The hiatus just started and there's been lots of concert coverage to still sift through, so it still doesn't feel like a hiatus to me. I think it might hit a bit in a few months, when we get antsy for new music that never comes. We'll have the concert DVD probably before the end of the year or early next year, but that'll be it.

Still, Kame DID say that if you're waiting for group things, you might be waiting a while, but it'll be business as usual for their solo activities. I've decided to keep an eye on those in the meantime. There's Kame's acting gigs to watch, Maru's got the Majiisuka segment every week, and...well...it's Ueda I'm most worried about. I hope he can get a regular appearance gig in the meantime. Plus, they have their J-web things. In that way, they'll still be around.

It'll suck, but I can wait. Hell, in my other fandom I'm on year 3 waiting for BSB to release that new album they've been talking about since the LAST tour...waiting a year or two for KAT-TUN shouldn't be so bad. Plus, they're no KAT-TUN, but I have NEWS and HSJ to watch in the meantime as well. I've also been keeping an eye on SixTones, a Jr. group that I'm hoping gets to debut at some point. It's a great time to explore other fandoms!

KT's hiatus will surly be a test of love because I'm sure many hyphens will get into other groups while KT is away. I don't follow NEWS or JE but maybe now I can give Shige some quality attention.

But for the immediate time, my biggest worry is the still no-project-yet Ueda. Fingers-crossed they find him something soon because, even if there are no group projects, if they're all busy visibly working individually, I'll feel the time pass faster and become more assured of their return.

For me it's not even really a test. I'm confident enough in my love and loyalty for KAT-TUN at this point, I know I can mess around with other fandoms and still come back to KAT-TUN when the time is right.

A approve of giving Shige attention. He's my close-second favorite in NEWS, right after Massu. Been watching SCP, they aren't bad hosts! Plus, there's music performances!

Oh also, dunno if you's seen this yet...

Can you see it? Right behind Tegoshi's shoulder? I flipped my shit when I spotted it! Ueda would be proud. XD

Speaking of Ueda, yeah, let's hope he gets something soon! It was kinda sad when I was watching the last ep. of TameTabi and the only messages he had to the various studios was 'Please give me work'...poor guy. After that marathon he won, I'm pretty sure he'd do great on a show that has sports or physical challenges!

Yeah I saw screencaps of Pero ^^ It's nice of them to have kept it. KT is scheduled to be the 'Works' segment of next month's SCP~ ironic

As for Ueda, I want to him to do music. He's so good at it. He's good at stage plays too. Sports is something I think he does because he can~ he's physically fit to do it... but perhaps not a main project... maybe unless it's boxing... but work is work, I guess
